Watermelon Systems
One of our newest edition to our line up.This system will speed up your Watermelon line and allow you to more accurately fulfill your orders from your demanding customers. This is done by automatically sorting your watermelons by weight. The process is simple you key in your target weights to a particular zone (kicker) set your conveyor belt speed and start her up. You can off load them from the back of a truck set them on the conveyor, and the system will automatically weigh them and send them on down the line to the designated kicker/ zone and that is when the water melon is pushed off of the conveyor onto a table where you can place it in your designated box or gaylord.

Scale Based Bar Coded Shipping & Receiving System
This is another wonderful system, It is a scale based system that has keyboard , front panel, scanner, two printers (label & Data sheet) and is integrated into a computer where all the data can be streamed in to an Excel spread sheet for your records. This does not seem to special but that is where you are wrong, These meters are great cause they can be used in any type of environment, We have one at a fertilizer plant and load out truck load after truck load with the absolute minimal maintenance/ service done for the past 4 years. If any of you have ever been to a fertilizer plant you will know that some of the chemicals they use can turn a sheet of stainless steel to a bucket of rust in no time. Yet these flow meters seem to keep going and operating just like the day we have installed them. Did i mention that they are automated too.
